In July (the 17th), the starting point of the second half of the year, in order to continuously improve teamwork and cohesion, under the organization of the Human Resources Department, the one-day Big Vision collective “outdoor expansion trip” kicked off on the beautiful Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou. The Big Vision family from different positions gathered together to work in unity and cooperation and challenged their limits during the team building activities.
Under the scorching sun, sweat poured down like rain.

the unwavering belief of “never give up”.
Unite and work together in the same direction.
Under the guidance of the coach, after a brainstorming session, the participating teams were divided into six groups, each with a loud team slogan and a distinctive team logo: “Flying Tiger Team, Stronger Than You Team, Cheetah Team, Belief Team, Dragon Fruit Team, and Summit Team”. These six groups, with powerful and distinctive team images, kicked off the expansion activities.
The intense and meaningful team building activities helped the Big Vision employees understand “responsibility, mission, responsibility, and self-worth”. After being roasted by the summer sun all day, enjoying food, ice-cold drinks, and desserts was a well-deserved treat. As fireworks lit up the sky and wishes came true, all the beauty of this moment was captured in time!
