June 6th is the 27th “National Eye Care Day”. Big Vision Eye Health Science Museum opened on this day, which is also a new starting point for Big Vision Medical’s eye health public welfare campaign. On the opening day, Dr. Fan Hua, a well-known deputy chief physician of ophthalmology in Shanghai, was invited to give the first eye health public welfare lecture and free clinic activity.
Dr. Fan Hua gave a lecture on “Various Eye Problems We May Encounter From Childhood to Old Age”, explaining various common eye diseases and emphasizing the harmfulness of fundus diseases caused by high myopia. This enhanced everyone’s awareness of eye disease prevention and treatment, and formed the concept of regular fundus examination.
At the scene of the free clinic activity, the staff provided professional vision checks for the people who came to visit and experience, and used the fully automatic artificial intelligence OCT BV1000 for comprehensive fundus examination. Dr. Fan Hua diagnosed and answered questions for everyone one by one.
Through this screening, everyone has a more accurate understanding of their own eye health status, and also learned many daily precautions for protecting eye health.
In the future, Big Vision Eye Health Science Museum will continue the public welfare concept of “serving society with technology and practicing mission with action”, and carry out popular science publicity and public welfare screening and free diagnosis activities for eye health throughout the whole life cycle of all age groups, enhancing people’s awareness of eye health protection and contributing to the cause of eye health.
Everyone is welcome to visit and experience at Big Vision Eye Health Science Museum, let us pay attention to eye health and guard the brightness together.
